We chose this company on google review and have been nothing but disappointed. We paid Chris a lot of money and he took the sellers word that his property was split and it was not. Now we are looking to possibly pay to have it split ourselves and then more money for the survey. Phone calls not being returned, paperwork not being mailed, the list goes on and on. Seems like our only solution is going to be taking them to small claims court. Find another title company to work with

I have been working with Northern Title for many years. Chris and his staff are top notch. They do not pay me, they do not send me big gifts, nor are they my golfing buddies. They are extremely good at what they do and very knowledgeable ! Northern is simply the best.

The original owners, with the exception of one, were losers. All they cared about was money. They wanted to insure an Indian property and a railroad property. The underwriter was ready to terminate their contract. I am happy to see that the agency is owned by honest legitimate title professional.

As a Realtor I deal with lots of title companies but none compare to Northern Title. The attention to detail and knowledge of all aspects of the title business are the very best in the business! I recommend them to all of my clients and they are the only title company I use personally! Absolutly top notch service every time.
