I have been using Northern Sun services for the past 11 years. I feel like myself and my family couldn't be better cared for anywhere else. Sarah is a huge positive influence in the community and the people who work with her are amazing at what they do.

I took my one year old boy for one visit and we will not be back. Our visit with Dr. Thomas wasn't bad but the staff has been completely unresponsive. All of my calls go unreturned, as well as an email with a picture of my son's diaper rash. It turned out to be staph and I can't help but think it wouldn't have escalated if someone had done their job and responded to us in a timely manner.
