We brought our bird in during an emergency, but the doors were locked and we were left waiting outside in the cold until someone arrived. There was no sense of urgency despite this being an emergency hospital. We were also told they couldn’t refer us to another clinic without payment, which was very distressing in that situation. I had a very upsetting experience with this service. While I was explaining an emergency situation involving my pet, the lady on the phone put me on hold saying she was getting another call—and then disconnected the call entirely. Yet, upon arrival Raj was unable to walk, sitting in his own excrements & barely able to lift his head/o... read more

My puppy was bitten by a snake, staff were straight onto it with treatment and very supportive! Wouldn’t take my pets anywhere else in an emergency situation.

I should have left after one of the nurses violently grabbed my dogs ear to look in it, after telling her it was sore with an infection. Really not an appropriate way to handle a dog in pain. However we stayed, and after waiting for an hour we were in and out of the consultation in less than 10 minutes without a thorough check over. The vet didn't have any suggestions as to what could be wrong and we were left standing ... read more
