Only interested in your money and getting through as many patients as possible. Took my dog in around 9pm. I should have left after one of the nurses violently grabbed my dogs ear to look in it, after telling her it was sore with an infection. Really not an appropriate way to handle a dog in pain. However we stayed, and after waiting for an hour we were in and out of the consultation in less than 10 minutes without a thorough check over. Our elderly dog had a terrible episode of violent shaking, and wasn’t able to walk. His eyes were flickering side to side uncontrollably. I called at 7am and was totally freaking out. I thought he was dying or having a seizure. They saw our precious dog within half an hour of us arriving and were thorough and compassionate and explained what was happening to him. A syndrome that is quite common in elderly dogs. They were reasonable and gave us good options for treatment, and didn’t push any unnecessary procedures (we would h... read more

Bought my puppy here TWICE over a 2 day period. She had severe diarrhoea with blood and without a thorough check she was given some medication. I was told the diarrhoea would ease after 2 days. We returned home and a day and a half later her diarrhoea worsened. I took photos of puppies poo to show the vet and the vet didn’t even want to see the photos to assess her poo!!
