Was referred by my in-laws for an ant problem. Very nice on the phone, scheduled for 6 weeks out at 1:00pm. Day of service, my wife calls them at 1:30 wondering where they are. They said our window was from 11:30 to 1:30 and could we call back at 2:00 if the tech hadn’t shown up. My wife called back at 2:00, spoke to a different girl who didn’t know what was going on and actually yelled at my wife.
