Management that cares If you want to live in a place where the manager cares about its tenants look no Further. I have lived in these apartments for years and seen a few managers come and go. Luckily Ashley whom is the manager now takes good care of the place and the people who live there. It makes a big difference!
Just No We’ve been in contact with them for awhile on an apartment availability. Next thing we know, they’ve already sold it to someone else without any of our knowledge. We felt very unconsidered, disrespected, and unheard. Management was very slow and unresponsive constantly. Please don’t come here, management is terrible.
Wonderful I have lived here for a few years, and it’s by far the best! Ashley the manager is amazing and very helpful. Clean, spacious, great amenities. I would recommend to anyone looking to rent
It’s gone downhill fast! This complex is going downhill and I’d advise anyone looking here to reconsider. It use to be great then the last couple Property Managers have let it go down hill. Sidewalks are not shoveled, if someone in a wheel chair or ambulance crew needed to use a side walk they couldn’t. The maintenance guy makes residents feel uncomfortable. This Apt. Has Gone Downhill, Fast This is a VERY poorly managed apartment, resulting in apt. rules not being enforced, a lack of response to tenant issues, and a damaged and filthy complex. It’s not uncommon to smell and see illegal drug use, cat poop in the halls, urine in the elevator, trash in common areas, abandoned tenant items (ie. sofas, beds, furniture) dispersed within the inside and outside of the property, and children running up and down the halls screaming and riding bikes/scooters/etc. I honestly don’t think th... read more
Nicest apartment I've ever lived in Over the years, I've lived in many apartments in several states. This is by far the nicest (and the best value) place. My one bedroom has met my every need. Surprisingly large, this apartment has spoiled me! The kitchen is a great size with an island for prep work and storage.
