Stay away . Worst customer service
Very professional, customer oriented staff never failed me either servicing or warranty claim fix. They can acquire parts within 3days if parts are in stock in Australia if not 3weeks to order. They have fixed my car at lightning speed, replacing my water pump and tpms module. To the servicing manager and to all the staff, good work. I would highly recommend this dealership. I've read reviews and comments in some dealers not doing their job regarding warranty claims. Thank you.
Well if i could give this place 0 stars i would. My musso has been back into this dealer 16 times in 18 months, some warranty work has been carried out ok, but in particular an engine noise which has been heard by their technicians and is still a problem today and they turn a blind eye, and say "We don't know where it is coming from, and it is normal operation." Considering i have had my vehicle beside 10x other vehicles the same with higher kms and not a rattle to be present, only mine. This dealership are incompetent, and ... read more
