Absolutely amazing kind great people to deal with.
Highly recommend Northern Sight Eyecare. Not only is it a beautiful and clean office but the staff is top notch. Jessica welcomed us with a smile and kept our kids very entertained and involved during the pre exam, Deanne was sure to grab some crayons and colouring pages while we waited and Dr Helmers was very knowledgeable and amazing with our kids. Just overall a great experience for the whole family !
I never want to go anywhere else! I had a corneal abrasion, and not only was I seen at MY convenience, I got a great education about what happened to me and how to treat it in simple language anyone can understand to better address their health. I found front staff very warm, inviting, and relatable. Paige (eye doc) is absolutely amazing. She was thorough in my exam, and she very happily answered my questions and made sure that I understood everything. The new premises are very nice and spacious. However it is the staff that stand out. They are all very professional and efficient while still maintaining a jovial friendly atmosphere. All aspects of my examination were explained in detail which means a lot. Welcome to Tisdale! I would highly recommend them
