They are very image oriented. The mobile home park always looks the best. There are 2 pools, basketball hoops, a tennis yard, and playground for the children, They also offer 2 clubhouses that you can rent out for \$25 plus a deposit of \$100 and return the deposit if nothing is damaged. I would recommend Northern Estates to anyone who asked!
I just want to say that Kathy M. Johnson general manger is a very mean person. She was very rude in the phone and treated me like dirt because I dont have perfect credit. I had to call on the status of my application it took them 3 weeks to say I was not approved. Kathy was very angry that I wasted her time, I payed 20 dollars for them to make me cry and tell them my personal information and they put me down and made me feel worthless. Do Not try to get in this park find somewhere will you will be treated with respect!!!!! T... read more
