The worst place on the planet. My mother was there. The place smells horrible and is filthy, the care is horrible. The adm or head nurse will never call you back. They don't care about the patients at all. They leave them laying in bed all day for weeks. Do not send anyone you love there, you are better off on the street.
Horrible place! If you have a family member needing this kind of service, stay away!!!!
My first time experience was great. I was greeted with a warm smile from the front desk representative, answered all my questions, the 3N staffs were friendly and Family oriented. Thanks for accepting my mom Sadie Cogle.
