My experience with VW Lismore was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I had to call over five times across a week, and not once did anyone return my calls, despite me leaving messages each time. It felt like I was being completely ignored. After much persistence, the General Manager finally called me back, but he gave me an entirely wrong quote, which was frustrating in itself. Seriously worse than Telstra to deal with. Will not buy a VW again just because I can’t deal with Lismore VW as local servicing.
Last 3 service visits have all required me to phone in on numerous times to try and get the paperwork as they always say they will email it and you never get it. I’ve also had it where they were going to get the service manager and the General Manager to ring me over it and that did not happen. The service reporting is also lacking compared to most other dealers I use around the country and although they said they tested the battery I was surprised because I already new it failed the day before and was expecting a call.
