Customer service was terrible spent days on hold a country town business that feels far from personal a team of employees waiting for the clock to reach 5:30pm have fun dealing with a corporate call centre .
I bought a VW Amarok a couple of years ago at Northern Rivers VW & recently had it serviced there. I have since been getting warning signs for tyre pressure, battery etc. I think I must have called you at least 30times by now & you don’t answer or an email is sent to the Service Centre + at times the Manager. And yet still no reply?! It is ABSOLUTELY APPALLING CUSTOMET SERVICE. Unless someone calls me today to at least give me an update, to organise getting my vehicle back in & get it fixed, I will have other choice but file... read more
Poor customer service. Not flexible. Hard to contact. Has limited operating hours which are different to the website.
Had my Honda serviced for the first time after buying and was blown away by the level of customer care. Another reason I'm glad I got the Honda apart from it being a great car. Thanks again.
