Called for recall,informed 1/2 hr,so added change oil& filter delivered my car 9.30am waited until 1.30pm,then done.cost for oil/ filter change was$300. Not happy.And no customer wait room...
Jacob and the team at Northern Rivers Isuzu Lismore are horrendous. I bought a new 2023 dmax xterrain December last year. Extremely poor customer service, constantly lied to about parts I was waiting on, had to call and chase them for any correspondence. 6 months on still waiting for parts…. I would go Tweed Isuzu if I had my time again.
