WARNING: must have lots of patience and tolerance for being treated like crap! If you are reading this before you start dealing with NORA, start saving up your patience. We started our application for new service on June 1. On July 29th NORA's engineer came to look at the site and promised to send the packet to me right after he gets back to the office. Today is August 26th and I have not heard a single thing from NORA. I hope the engineer is ok.
Kalinda has been great in helping me set up my acct for my new house in Chama NM. When getting set up for the first time things can get hectic. Kalinda has helped me in every way possible assuring that I am up and running so to speak for the transfer of ownership of the house. I highly look forward working with them to give me the electricity for my house. NORA - Northern Rio Arriba Coop
The team at NORA work so hard to maintain service in the rugged mountains of Northern New Mexico. When weather hits and outages occur, their team is out in difficult and dangerous weather conditions and work around the clock until power is restored. I am truly grateful for everyone at NORA from the team in the office to the Lineman in the field. Thank you for all you do!
Over priced and power outages every time it snows! Get your xhit together Nora!!
