This is mostly a review about Maddie the new nurse - who is terrible. She is basically fresh out of school, but still goes out of her way to be rude, smug and patronizing in how she interacts with patients, and shows zero interest in getting to know patients. The best provider at this practice is Hoyson who is amazing. Was told to call somewhere else because they are booked for 2 months. No compassion at all for pregnant women. This is the closest office to my house and they basically said too bad so sad.
