Called this company which was referred thru Everest Refrigeration out of California to call for a repair our Everest refrigerator/freezer Commercial Unit in our Bed & Breakfast and the guy was rude and said he won't come to a Bed and Breakfast . Even though its a commercial unit, so sad this is how company's act now a days . Shame on you we are a paying customer as anyone else needing repairs. The answers are not able to be answered cause we didn't get service. We live 30 minutes away.
I've called Northern Refrigeration twice for unexpected problems - first time on the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend. They came right away both times, fixed the problem, explained it and were on their way. There's nothing they could improve on as far as I'm concerned.
