Emily was wonderful to talk to, however their billing service needs a major upgrade. I paid off my full balance (over $1,180) over a year ago (sometime in the fall of 2024). Everything was fine, I received my receipt and I was good to go. Now, another year later, I received a bill via snail mail for almost $500.
