A very rude lady answered the phone when I called to make an appointment for an MRI, she said they were booking 4 weeks out then she started coughing when I would ask a question, give very short answers, you could tell she was annoyed that I had to ask a question about my insurance. Will never make an appointment with them.
I recently had an ultrasound done to find out the gender of our baby. I was very impressed with the overall experience. Not only was the staff friendly and accommodating, but the ultrasound tech was able to get some excellent quality photos. She even went above and beyond the package that we selected. I would definitely recommend coming here for all your radiology needs.
The manager there is an absolute nightmare. She is the only one in charge and has all the power while the actual owners have no clue what is happening to their business. She hires all of her friends even if they have no experience at all and have no clue what HIPPA even is. She brings all the drama to work due to hiring all her friends and then gets mad when rumors go around about her and threatens to fire people.
