I don't know why they only have a 3.3 star rating I had a great experience with them They charged less then the two places I called before them and was told to give them a week to ten days and wanted the money up front . Northern process billed me a lower price after they served the plaintiff and had served it in less then 48 hours I don't usually write reviews but I'm a world where everything is more expensive and the quality we get is lesser then ever before it was really nice to pay less and get great service Thanks again... read more
Great service. You are better off calling (than emailing), but if you do, you'll get immediate attention, instructions on how to deliver the documents and payment, then very fast process service. I am from Florida, so needed a sworn Affidavit of Service, which was prepared and came back via email the same day service was made. Couldn't be happier.
I work for an Attorney. Tina in the office is great. The problem is they go through other stuff quicker than a sneeze. So if Tina is not in, your paperwork risks not being served. This has been an ongoing issue. Weeks and numerous deadlines pass and you think that your paperwork was served and it was not. You only find this out because when you call to ask for the service certificate they say it was not served. Even when the Attorney thinks the issue has been resolved the same thing happens again.
