Can't say enough about the service. They are very knowledgeable and very helpful. They go out of their way to help everyone to the best of their ability.
I have never had anything but excellent service form here . I'm a professional and my tools make me as effective as I am and if I ever have problems or need help with my Milwaukee tools they are there to help me in A timely manner.
The customer service & support leave a LOT to be desired. Do not EXPECT your warranty to be honored.
