I recently bought a generator and I called Northern Pines and Josh came out had the necessary equipment to make this functional. It turns out that my fuse box was relatively new and he was able to utilize that one instead of installing an additional one. You also install the safety mechanism where you can't turn off the power and turn on the generator without doing the proper steps it absolutely amazing very very happy with Northern Pines excellent professionalism excellent knowledge. Exceptional service from Northern Pines Plumbing, Heating & Electric. They responded fast on a holiday weekend, replaced our water heater the same day, and made sure our guests had hot water that night. Truly above and beyond, highly recommend.
Jeremy was excellent. First, he crawled into a tight space in our attic to verify that our plumbing/venting was in good shape. Second, he offered to work with our realtor on any questions for our upcoming home sale. Third, he solved our main line drain smell issue. After Jeremy left, we had a leak in the water heater when we turned it on for the first time in the spring. Nick and his crew are amazing, they finished my home on budget,answered my questions,and his guys were really great to work with.
Denny did a great job taking out my 75 year old faucet and replacing it. The job was done in 2 hours, which included having to cut new holes in the shower wall and replacing some pipes. He is personable and very kind. He even didn't mind when my farm cats raided his work van trying to get his left over pizza in there.
