I was working with Alisa, and had to cancel upcoming appts due to having to meet a deadline to be out of my residence, the gal that I spoke with ask me if I would like my case to remain open or closed when I had to cancel some appts, I STATED OPEN. Now, come to find out they closed my case even despite me asking for it to remain open. I’ve made numerous calls to them, and have yet to hear back from them. The therapist I have is amazing, she made sure I was comfortable and I never felt that I was just part of the job!!!
Really great staff who truly cares. Help you throughout your crisis and really listen to you
They don’t care about anything but making money if you really want help I wouldn’t even consider going here
You guys need a serious change of how your program is run 112 hours of my life wasted.
