RecommendedStayed here a year ago and now staying again. Never had any problems and rooms are clean and office lady is the best
Awful! Terrible! Scary! False advertising! We were there for 45 minutes. We were told by the the office manager that we could ride our atv’s out of the parking lot onto the road to catch the trail. We were pulled over less then a mile from the hotel and we were ticked. The office manager could not refund our money because she does not have the power! Don’t come to this hotel, it has poop soaked carpet , carbon monoxide ac , with a touch of fairground noise and flowing rivers of raw sewage flowing from one room to the next . Tv programming of 1970’s never liked shows and a male India host with a girl’s voice . Also the lovely fragrance of hot snicker bars.
I look forward to coming here every year. It's locally owned. It's very well maintained. Very clean and the owners are very friendly. It is surrounded by tall, beautiful pines. It has a hot tub, sauna and pool too. I recommend it to anyone visiting Hayward, Wisconsin.
Bed linen stained, bath towels stained, musty smelled, asked for refund after staying one night they only gave small part of our money back. Won't ever go back there
By far the WORST hotel you can possibly go to. The rooms look like something you would see in the 60s. The pool was filthy. The hot tub was so filthy I broke out with red itchy bumps all over my body. The water in both pools looked as if a lot of people pissed in them! This place is a place where you shouldn't even take into consideration into staying even for a night. This hotel should be shut down how bad it is. I am embarrassed for them! Worst experience of my life.
the room was musty and old, bathroom clean. carpet bad. Pool was cold when I asked him if it was heated and he said yes, 60 degrees is not heated for August. hot tub was lined with green alge, and made my husbands toe nails green and turned 2 other mens chest blue/green. would not stay there again. One of the couples had a cleaner , recently done room for the same price .
What a disgusting place! Would never stay here again! Room was EXTREMELY DIRTY, bathroom was full or mold, smells coming from the drains, carpets were crusted with filth,furniture was broken, stains on the walls, the entire building smelled like someone was smoking marijuana. Just a disgusting place! BEWARE!!!!
