I just want to thank Amy Creamer and her staff. They are invaluable to me as I navigating the Medicare and Blue Cross and Blue Shield regulations regarding my compression garments. They also works almost seamlessly with the GBMC staff in regards to my compression garments. They answer all of my questions sometimes repeatedly. Very poor service; can’t get through by phone; long wait times to fill prescriptions. Plan to change pharmacies after 25 years of business!!
