I used them for 4 years. At first they were great, delivered things on time, everything went through a woman named Heather. But after a while she seemed to be slipping, she'd make a mistake but lie to me about what happened. I can't prove she was lying but it felt like every time she made a mistake she'd tell me some story that sure seemed like a lie to me, like she could not face making a mistake or owning anything. This place is run by inconsiderate, unprofessional staff. They were recommended by my doctor’s office, whom I will be updating immediately so they stop sending patients here. Imagine driving over two hours round trip with chronic health issues, paying tolls each way for a scheduled one-on-one private appointment, just for no one to attend to you or even give an update. I left after waiting nearly an hour. You really do find the worst people in healthcare. Complete disregard for patient safety and medical schedules.
