absolutely horrific experience. Dr Vickers butchered my wisdom teeth extraction resulting in excrutiating prolonged pain for three months. And now, 4 years later and still suffering after effects, I am told they didn't care to keep my records because the 'take up too much room'. Despite it being a legal requirement to keep records for 7 years - and despite records being digital. To add insult to injury, staff are rude and not at all helpful.
Highly recommend Dr Vickers. He has genuine empathy and took the time to listen to my concerns and answer my questions. My surgery was successful and I healed with no issues. He's very busy but is one of the most efficient doctors I've ever been to. Thankyou Dr Vickers for putting me back together!
