Horrible property management and completely unprofessional. Did repairs to my home without consenting with me even though the contract with Northern Pass stipulated that repairs must be approved by owner when exceeding $500. Made a modification, not a repair, to my house without get my consent or approval. Completely unprofessional. After conferring with several fellow property owners they agreed this was way out of line. They talk a good game but it's all lip service!

Worst property managers I’ve ever rented from. Lisa is very rude and dismissive of the tenants concern. They only care about getting their money & will completely disregard up-keep of their properties. Worst property management company I’ve ever experienced in the 5 different states I’ve lived in. Please do yourself a favor and rent from somewhere else.
