After inheriting a rental home in Lutz, I hired Advantage Realty. Their communication was proactive, maintenance costs stayed reasonable, and pricing matched service quality.
RENTERS BEWARE. This property management company works strictly for the owner of the home. Thoroughly review every review when it comes to this company. We recently rented a home for two years, and every workaround they could come up with to fill their own pockets or the owners is the main prerogative. If there is an issue, they will hire the cheapest contract workers who attempt to hit on the women in the home, who do sub-par work. Karen and her team have been managing my rental property for over 20 years. I've owned rental properties in three states. My only wish: Advantage could have managed them all. She and her staff look after my property as if it were their own. I receive regular updates with photos when necessary. Both my tenants and I found Advantage easy to work with no matter the issue. Repairs when needed were handled quickly and at minimal cost to my wallet or the tenant's convenience. My highest praise for this company.
As mentioned I was approved but the property was not renovated as posted in the listing and told that the property can be renovated but the rent will be increased. The application fee was paid with the understanding that the property is renovated. I tried reaching out multiple times but no luck.
I have been working with Advantage Realty Services for years now and it has been a great experience.. We had to move out of state and needed someone to manage our rental house in Tampa. It can be a scary thing when you are so far away. They made it easy!! They always keep us informed. Very friendly and professional - always!!
