I had shoe inserts made there, the first pair were horrible so they sent them off to the professionals and they fell apart in a week now im constantly gluing them back together. I will NEVER go back there!!

Very pleased with my experience and service from Northern Orthotics and staff. They called me within 30 minutes of receiving my referral to set up my appointment. They were able to get me in within the hour. The receptionist was kind and friendly. The place was very very clean. And, Nicki was great. She took the time with me to answer all of my questions. Best service I’ve received in a long long time.
