Very professional and you get the inserts quickly. Will make adjustments if you need them while you wait.
I had a similar experience as a previous reviewer. I would not use this company again. It took a month to get a knee brace. The brace they came up with wasn’t really good. It would have probably taken a lot longer than a month had I not called multiple times to keep the process going. The customer service reps in the phone were less than helpful and not very polite. Overall not a good experience.
They have been working with me to get the right fit.
