********Update********* No waiting at any of the intake stations. Doc was in the room and performing work on me in an acceptable timeframe *******Original Comment******* Doc experience 5, X-ray persons 5, whoever is scheduling patients 0. That person needs to understand they are overbooking the docs (2 times have waited over an hour past our appointment time) or if you continue to book like this at least have the courtesy to tell the patient that the doc is running late instead of just leaving us in the room without updates ... read more
I saw Griffin one of their temporary fill in PAs. He was wonderful! Went over my imaging very well and listened to my symptoms/areas of pain. Came up with a first step for treatment and that was it! Simple, efficient, and quick. I arrived 15 min prior as directed and I was taken back even before my appointment time. Quick xray and then Griffin was in to review it with me immediately and figure out where my pain was coming from! I was in and out in less than 30 minutes total.
Wonderful staff (front and back) . Griffin Basile has been treating my husband for over a year now and we are so pleased with him. His staff his great about answering calls, filling out paperwork and scheduling for us.
Truly impressed with Northern Orthopedics. The entire staff was the most efficient, friendly and informative professionals I have met. Thank you
