Doctor in Norristown didnt listen to my husband with the issues he was having. Gave him a test for something he said he doesnt have. My husband took the doctors word for the test he needed. Paid the cost, paid the cost for of the first appointment that they charged him more for but only did a regular exam. It took a month for them to get back to him with results which should have been a lot faster. Never again and I will post on social media so hopefully others dont get screwed by them.
The optician appears to come and go as she pleases. They are never there. I called in the morning and they said they would be there until 4:30. I came at 2 and she had already left for the day
My annual appointment, scheduled a year in advance, fell on 8/12/25, a day when it turned out there were NO doctors in the office. The only message I got was a text request to confirm or cancel my appointment. I confirmed. The office manager apparently was supposed to communicate with patients for rescheduling. That did not happen. I learned this by traveling to the office for my 8:10 AM appointment. I rescheduled for the next available date…late October! The scheduling process earns a failing grade. I am a patient of Dr Durski who is amazing. However the admin staff at the Jenkintown office are not friendly AT ALL! I called with an eye emergency and instead of having empathy the staff member immediately said “WELL YOU HAVE A $30 balance that needs to be taken care of..” so much for compassion for someone who just stated they have blurred vision and irration in their eye! Again while I really like Dr Druski I’m highly considering changing to another practice
Always a good experience with Dr. Schneider and the front desk staff, especially Jamie, is exceptional.
