RecommendedTop shelf customer service. My alternator belt went out and I made it here to get a new one. Changed it in parking lot and when I was done, the batteries were too weak to start the truck. Went inside and talked to the service manager to ask for a jump start. He dropped what he was doing, came out with his personal vehicle, and hooked up to my jumper cables to give me a boost.
