Tried to fill paperwork online. Horrible website. So picked up in person to fill out. Told me they would cancel appt if not filled out. Day of appt I had to fill out again. Had hearing test and told me Dr would call to set up appt. Never heard from them. Dr Biedenbach.
This place called my husband and said his doctor "forgot" to "grab some copays" from him last year. So why isn't the office calling?? That's on THEM. What does this place even have to do with it? I wouldn't doubt it if this is a scam.
doctor Jones should honestly have her license revoked and her staff should too. multiple times she mixed mine and other people charts up, I was almost treated for gestational diabetes which at no point did I have simply because doctor Jones didn't catch the mistake, I told them the reason I chose her was because I've had a rough life and don't want any man other than my fiance being a part of the process, they then treated him like absolute crap, gave him dirty look everytime he spoke or said it wasn't possible to do an appo... read more
Need different answering service! Biggest complaint. They might answer phones for over 1,000 locations but can't help with the information needed. When I tried getting further clarification on an appointment i didnt schedule. I gave them the unit number and she said she doesn't know what the adress is so I further specified the address because (I thought I was talking to someone IN THE OFFICE NOT A HALF EDUCATED CALL CENTER who probably cant find sandusky on a map of ohio)( REALLY generous with the half educated part) I don'... read more
