We thought northern oasis pool was going to be great service for our 2 pools at our businesses but turned out it to be a nightmare. We had a county inspection at one of our pools and failed it 3 times because the chemicals were off all 3 times. I asked Omar(owner) can you meet with the inspector so we can get this passed and he did not want to. Not only did we get hammered with fees from the county but our pool was shut for a total of 2 weeks. With all of this he didn’t even go out of his way to provide any discount at all. ... read more

Could I do the chemicals in my pool my self? Probably. Could I do it at same time every Monday? Probably not. If my pool chems became way off, could I fix it? No. It’s def worth having Northern Oasis service my pool in Windsor, knowing they will be there each week at the same time so nothing is missed with the chemicals.
Omar and his crew are so reliable and pleasant to work with. I’ve worked with them for years. You can depend on them.
We have been long time customers (10!years?) and know our pool is in good hands with Omar and his team. Our pool is ready to use when we want it!
