I recently had an amazing experience at Northern Nissan! Ella, was absolutely amazing to work with. She was knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and made the entire process feel easy and stress-free from start to finish. She took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. Cameron, was also great to work with and helped ensure everything went smoothly. Excellent customer service all around, highly recommend!

They never get back to me, they also give me a hard time when I tell them I need my car checked to see if I need a new part that’s covered with my warranty, Also tried to get a new vehicle and sales never got back to me.
I had my first oil change. Waiting room is lovely. Car was given a quick wash too
