I had a procedure scheduled, for some reason, they decided to book me consecutively one day after the other for the same procedure. They then decided to cancel the procedure because they said my insurance didn’t cover it but, they never called me to let me know that the procedure was canceled. This place is absolutely horrible.
Very rude! Made me feel guilty having a colonoscopy even though I was high risk! GET ANOTHER OPINION.
To begin with they didn’t have the correct address on their printout. When you Google their clinic it gives you another clinics address on Galisteo. What a horrible experience. I did try to reschedule and finally got a callback two weeks later and by that point I was already trying to prep for this appointment. I followed their diet recommendations, fasted for two days, drank their disgusting fluid and when I arrive late because of the wrong address, I literally took a half a teaspoon of water to wet my lips. Waited 3 months for an appointment, waited in waiting room 35 minutes after my appointment time. Literally spent 5 minutes with the doctor. He asked me why I was there, I told him and he scheduled me a colonoscopy. That is the whole conversation we had. A few weeks later I got a bill for $300 and that was after my insurance was taken out. This place is a ripoff.
