I have been calling and calling. Have left many messages for them to call me so that I can schedule an appointment. They never answer their phone. I wonder why they even have a phone number!!. It's impossible to reach them. I will go to their address and see if I can make an appointment. It's disgraceful!!
Impossible to speak to someone over the phone in the office. Left several voice messages have not received a call back. Worst service ever!!!! Will never do anything with this Office.
Well, I have become very dissatisfied especially with Judd Baldwin. He does not return my calls even after 4 days...they say it can take 48 hrs but 4 days?!?!?!? Even the front desk does not return them. I LOVE Dr Roth....she's the very best...but the others there? I wish there was another place to go in Santa Fe...except I'd miss Dr Roth.
They treated me very poorly. I had an appointment with a doctor who had treated my mother in-law very well, but my experience was completely different, it was a harsh rebuke and invalidation followed by a demand for information. I spent a substantial amount of time getting the tests but the doctor never offered an assessment. On our fourth visit to the office to provide information and find out what was happening (6 months later) they finally created an appointment with a NP.
