Nearly impossible to reach someone on the telephone. Sadly they are the only game in town. Wish we had other options.
Scheduled for endoscopy. They called to reschedule 2 days before to reschedule. Rescheduled for a week later. The very next day I was called to have my original endoscopy rescheduled to the morning. They had no record of me being rescheduled to the following week They may have great doctors but what's the use if you can't get scheduled?
The doctors are great. Office management is poor. They don’t answer the phone, even for other doctors. You have to physically go into their office just to schedule an appointment. What does this say to the disabled? To the doctors there: get your act together and hire a competent office manager
Office Staff is awful! No communication and they cancelled my appointment without speaking to me. I had to call back to get back on the schedule. You can NEVER get anyone to answer the phone.
Does anyone even work here. I’m in severe pain due to colitis and need to make an appointment asap before the build up gets worse. Will anyone here help or will I have to go back to the hospital?
