Dont waist your time. Got jurked around for month's Can't even help on our electricity bill becuse they don't want to waist money. Even though im disabled. It seems like they would rather hold on the Grant money that was intended to help us vets. Its ANOTHER way the va pawns you off making you feel like there's hope. But its just ANOTHER disappointment Whoever is founding the grant. Stop its a scam
