In and out in less than an hour.
Felt like absolute cramp all last night and looked up the closest urgent care and saw I can schedule online. It was really quick to fill out all the forms online took about 10 mins! When I got there there was a bit of a wait but that’s because it had just opened. A lot of the things were down and they were unfortunately understaffed but still provided the best service possible with what they had!!! Waiting time with appointment was about 10 mins. I had a severe allergic reaction to a plant at my house in Illinois. Could barely walk when I got off the plane in Reno. I was a walk in. They had me in to see someone in minutes and I was out the door in under 30 minutes with everything I needed. This is the second time I’ve been here this year. Absolutely tremendous staff. Patient care is top notch.
I felt taken care of.
