Very quick and thorough in analyzing what I needed to help me feel better.
For three days, I had a red spot on the bottom of my right foot and it didn’t appear to have anything in it, but it was very painful so I came in to get it checked at NNMC VISTA…I waited maybe 10 minutes to get seen, and nurse practitioner Kylie (?) was able to pull out a small shard of glass! How she found it I don’t know but she was amazing and brought instant relief!!!!
Easy access when you make appt online. A short wait once in the waiting room to be seen. The medical staff pleasant. I had an X-ray to ensure lungs were clear. I was a little surprised that a nose swab not taken given my symptoms but I'm not the professional. I'd go back again if needed, and be more assertive about any concerns I had and what I hoped the professional would check.
Staff were polite. Wait wasn't long. PA was thorough.
