I didn't have to wait long, and the staff were friendly.
I was in a lot of pain from a tooth. Urgent care cant do too much except antibiotics. The FPNP offered to numb the area. I was very grateful and it decreased my pain level for a few hours.
Efficient check in by pleasant and helpful staff member. Good care given by knowledgeable nurse practitioner.who explained clearly treatment rational.
The medical assistant was very nice and helpful but the doctor didn't really listen to me when I was trying to explain to her my medical problem that I have been suffering with for a few years. She overlooked the obvious problem that I'm suffering from and did not listen to me when I told her what my diagnosis that I was given prior and said it was fungal. The medicine she gave me is not working. I feel that I was misdiagnosed.
