My experience with this facility has been extremely disappointing. During my initial appointment, the medical assistant felt aggressive, rushed me, and even tried to refuse providing the labs while there that had been ordered during my visit. She also took my blood pressure incorrectly, which was concerning since my blood pressure was one of the main reasons I was there to see the cardiologist. I would give these guys a zero if I could. The entire medical group is so focused on profit instead of patient care and they just can’t even get their basic systems together. This is the second one star review I’ve had to leave on Northern Nevada medical group. This is probably more generally related to the overall group and the greedy folks who run it and their inability to properly manage their systems or listen to their patients. Very unprofessional staff. Like IT, I had a terrible experience with Lisa. She talked down to us like we were her 5 year olds. She was Extremely condescending and disrespectful. Ironically, I noticed that the responses to the other negative reviews was to call the manager. I called Jocelyn, the, manager, left a message and didn’t receive a call back. As they say, stuff rolls downhill.
Outright horrible staff, there's a young lady there name lisa, she is so condescending and so blatantly rude. I hope she talks to her mother better. Including that other old lady that's there, respect is earned not just given, never in my life have I had to defend myself like that. I always try to be nice and caring and understanding to people who work with customers but jeez, the ladies here could use a brush up on some kindness.
