I have had the pleasure of dealing with Lori in the Carson City branch of Nevada coin. She has been so pleasant and helpful and is so knowledgeable. She has made me feel comfortable and I truly only like to deal with her. It's rare these days to have such attentive and exceptional customer service like she provides. What a great employee you have working for you.

Just received my coin back from PCGS via NNC. Beautiful coin. Lori and Gil worked together to make this happen. Northern Nevada Coin is simply, just the best. Excellent selection of coins, topped off by an honest customer oriented staff. I won't shop anywhere else. A +++ as always.
