My husband was in ICU recently, he was not cleaned and two of the staff members were horrible. The lady told him if he kept trying to get up to use the restroom that they were going to strap him to the bed and put tubes back down his throat. He had the tube removed the day before. Honestly I was worried every night I had to leave him. It was sickening to go through this. Extreme negligence, those two remain employed in the facility.

If you want to be skillfully gaslit in under 5 minutes, this is your "go to healthcare" provider. Not only will they spend 5 minutes or less with you, they will completely reverse, confuse, ignore, or completely change what little you're able to tell them. After all, it's their narrative, not yours, it's their time, not yours. This facility lacks training needed for patients seeking care. There is minimal training provided and the leadership lacks knowledge and is very unprofessional. The people of the community deserve to have knowledgeable leadership when hiring employees.

I absolutely loved my nurses when I visited. I’ve had really bad suicide iussues in the past, I was admitted in the middle of the night and they took me in so kindly and when I reached the behavioral health area the nurses made sure I was okay. The next morning they were smiling and I had a wonderful breakfast then I spilled my food on the floor and felt terrible and started crying. They told me “it’s okay honey mistakes happen all the time”. And later they asked if i wanted to use the iPad to play games on it. In my past ex... read more

This hospital and a special surgeon saved my life in 1977. It's had it's ups downs but has always been here for our community. Everyone thinks by driving or flying away they will find better healthcare. That's not true. You will find specialized care you can't get in Havre but most of the time quality is about the same. Yesterday I had minor surgery. This is my second surgery of that procedure. The first has stood the test of time and I'm sure this one on the other side will as well.
