Employees need to learn how to separate their personal lives and friendships apart from their clients. What are u doing this for if a disagreement between a client and a staff member is your basis for kicking a client out after 4 months. Just think how successful former clients would be if they had their best interest in mind instead of employee friendships. Must've really sucked to find out that employee that they believed and backed to the bitter end was the sole employee who was robbing their company blind the whole time.... read more
