Don't bother working here, you get written up if you're sick with or without a doc note, told its policy, it doesn't matter if its flu or covid. Management treats you like garbage, only allowed 6 call ins and they fall off the day you called in. Not union at all. No matter how much praise a patient gives you for taking care of them, it won't matter, management is only here for a perfect attendance yet they can leave whenever because they're salary.
