Had a great experience with Northern Motor Group. A special thanks to manager Igor Didusenko for being professional, helpful, and easy to deal with throughout. Communication was clear, the process was smooth, and the vehicle was presented well. Very happy with the purchase and would highly recommend Northern Motor Group to others.
Not a positive experience. Complaining about a fault and master warning lights since delivery, service department couldn't find a fault now blaming us, not claiming warranty. Lets hope there is a better solution in the near future
This Kia dealership has just changed it's service centre. The service department is busy and the staff are keen to get your vehicle in to get ready to get the service etc. I personally am disappointed with a recent incident where l had a nudge bar put on my vehicle and some wiring was affected and l didn't realise until l nearly had an accident and found l had horn. A independent mechanic informed us wires were damaged. I was truly disappointed after great service in the past.
Huge Improvement On The Old Service Centre In Every Way
Further to my previous review, Re: my Isuzu MU-X. The diagnostic service, that I paid $200 for, was useless! Not only was it expensive! It was INCORRECT!! This report told me that the fault with my vehicle is the "Swirl Valve". This device sits on top of the engine, is held on by one nut and is basically a 5 minute job. The Dealer said they could supply and fit it for $560.00!! My Mechanic did it for a hell of a lot less!! What did replacing this do?? NOTHING! The original, engine light fault remains on!
