Just want to say thank you to Abby Mc From Northern Motor Group Service Centre for her Great customer service! Professional and straightforward
Presale service was good. Was able to get the vehicle I wanted and they were great to get the price I was after. Post sale I have had a couple of issues that I am still waiting for any suggestion of a resolution. It’s been 10 days since my first query and take away off days it’s still a week without any real resolution. Not as quick to respond once the sale is finalised.
