Jeff responded when another contractor in TC had decided not to honor a contract; he quoted us within 10 minutes!! And installed our new mini split in 2 days. Crew was outstanding; would definitely recommend Jeff and crew.
We called several times for help with our AC last Friday. They said someone was on their way. My spouse stayed home all day, waiting, calling every once in a while. We called again, still nothing. It's been almost a week.
Northern Mechanical responded immediately to our "No heat!" cry for help. They had the time and the access to a new furnace to to get a new system installed within two days. Located in Grayling, they were near, professional, knowledgeable, and neat. Thanks guys! Charles
