Our experience in Fergus Falls has gone very well. Good local management is apparent at all levels, from lawn care to clean entries to a well-ordered environment throughout. The staff have been very professional and accommodating. When my daughter moved i, everything had been freshly painted, scrubbed, and refreshed with new carpets. I am very pleased.

They do not maintain the apartment. It's dirty. My dryer does not work, there is a big water stain on my bathroom ceiling, and my dishwasher does not work. I would highly recommend another apartment.
I'm just here to review the apartments themselves, I've never actually lived here but have visited several times. The apartment is pretty nice and open. The kitchen is a bit strangely shaped but it's got space for laundry in the apartment we were at so that was nice.
Absolutely horrible management. They are rude and are only looking to blindly rope you into something that you can not afford, they will make you sign a lease prior to receiving a deposit and first month's rent and will not let you break the lease if you can not longer afford it even when they have not given you the key to the apartment. They are awful! DO NOT RENT THROUGH THEM!
