I can't recommend Steve and his team enough. Every time I've ever done business with them it's been a complete pleasure. None of slick salesman feeling you get at some places. These people are just here to help! They also have a great selection and know a lot about gold and jewelry.

Making a mistake as a business is one thing. Blaming it on the customer is a whole lot worse. We are beyond disappointed by our experience with (presumably) the owner of Northern Made Creations. My fiancé had brought my engagement ring in to get it resized to 5 1/2. When he came to pick it up, it was badly distorted unevenly (he expected that it would be more oval, which is normal, but it was much more than that). I had my ring cut off and needed it to be repaired. I took it in and Jack was very helpful and got it squared away. It was repaired ahead of schedule! Braden was the one who fixed it and it looks amazing! I can’t tell where it was severed and he also cleaned my ring as well. It looks brand new! I love it! Thank you all so much for your help! You’re the best!

I brought several pieces of special jewelry to Northern Made Creations. Jake and his team offered excellent customer service. They spent a generous amount of time with me to make sure everything was just right. I couldn’t be happier with the finished products. The work is beautiful. I’m happy to say that Northern Made Creations is my new jeweler.
