On a vacation in pictured rocks. Snapped my frames in half at the nose piece. Walked in just to see what they could do to get me through the week. In less than 15 minutes, they found a replacement pair of frames and had me back vacationing. Huge thanks to this team!
Had an employee lose a screw in her glasses. Within 5 min a new screw was in at no charge. Wonderful experience.
Terrible experience with them wouldn't recommend them to a blind man told me that's all they could do when I got my glasses and still couldn't see a thing and on top of that guess you will have to live with it a total joke
Reached out to the Munising office to attempt to set-up an appointment. Disappointedly informed that they are NOT seeing new patients at this time. Attempted to support local Munising business to allow continued services to be available in the future. Shopko Optical in Marquette conveniently setup an eye exam for me the next week. I would request if you are not seeing new patients then update your webpage accordingly.
