We had a flicker due to LED lighting. Northern Lights was very responsive and sent Dan and Nick out within an hour or two to measure lines etc. Nice guys that took their time to evaluate and explain the problem.
Day of an outage they call 20 minutes before it’s supposed to happen what utility company does that?! No ahead of time warning (day(s) before) and no expected end time. Give me a break. You guys should be paying me back for the money I spend on my monthly bill for this inconvenience. Pathetic.
