Outstanding job during the storm here in Reeder Bay. The linemen and tree crews worked hard and got things cleared quickly given all the damage. Communication was solid throughout on their social media. Special thanks to the dispatcher Jess handling a situation with patience, professionalism, and courtesy. All did an excellent job representing the company.
What a storm. You guys working day and night to get everyone back up and running. I had alot of questions and everyone was very helpful with those. You all deserve a vacation after that one. Thanks so much for all the hard work
We are electrical contractors and we deal with the utilities regularly. Many of the poor reviews are from desperate folks “in their crisis”. We’ve never had any issues with the customer service, always friendly and helpful. Electricity is dangerous, rules need to be followed and many of those rules are in place to protect folks from unseen issues and forces. These guys have always been good to work with.
There's some negative comments about NLI staff that I would like to address, based on my experience if you have a problem with them then I suggest the problem is you. Thanks, Bob
Only wanted to say that I'm sorry that the woman who called me back regarding questions I had about felt the need to have a defensive and condescending tone with me. My kids noticed this and they are 10 and 12. She must deal with a lot of unreasonable, angry or rude people and it's now her go to tone? I had questions, she resolved my questions.
