Excellent value! The fragrances are powerful and I love all the vessels and packaging! Great!
Don't waste your money on these candles, as I have purchased them a few times thinking that it was a fluke that I received candles that only burn a quarter of the way down before the wick is gone and the candle still has three quarters of its wax left in the glass. Can't say anything about customer service as I just got done writing to them telling them about my experience with their candles so when I get a response I will update this post. A real waste of your money!!
I happened on this company by way of wax melts I bought at Tuesday Morning. They really are the best scent I have come across! ( Apple Cider). I now want to try more!!!
Love the products and the packaging is beautiful! They are the perfect gift, my favorite is the spirit candles, Absinthe & Black Fig!!!
I received a 4" globe as a gift. It is beautiful and I love the scent, but it burned straight down through the center without the main body of the wax liquifying. It burned out fast, leaving loads of scented wax behind. I love the look, but not sure i'd buy one. Burn is too short.
Boooooooo. I will never purchase another piece of anything from Northern Lights. I have one large hurricane and two smaller hurricanes. Two out of three have now cracked. They have sat in the same area without moving since I purchased them. Both have cracked internally near the bump out for the candle rest. I only light them for dinner parties. Junk. Absolute Junk. And the customer service...what customer service...Rude.
Not only are these candles the most wonderfully fragrant candles I have ever used (and I have used a LOT) but their customer service is amazing. After you use these you will not be satusfied with any other candles, AND they went to heroic lengths to make the transaction a great experience.
