Good customer service love the smell of the apple and cinnamon candles and the people their were very nice
Too bad I have to put even a one star on this rating. If you want to waste your money, buy these candles! The candles do not burn properly and the customer service is a joke.
They ain't as good as they were years ago when they were marketed under the name Rustic. They drip a lot more and bend easily. And what's with this silver that sticks to the candle when you take the label off???? I'd expect better of supposedly German craftsmanship. I burn these candles every night for dinner and have been doing so probably for 20+ years.
